Operation: Job Ready Veterans™ (OJRV) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to preparing veterans for successful employment by connecting them with employers that seek top quality, well trained men and women for their workforce. We make a personal connection and assist veterans of all ability levels with their employment and career goals.

As a service member returns home, it can often be a confusing time. For example, while the U.S. Department of Defense requires all deactivating soldiers to participate in its Transition Assistance Program (TAP), this program is a short, resource dissemination workshop that covers several issues - employment being just one. Once a veteran is home, the public resources and services available for the veteran are often confusing and difficult to use.

Our trained staff, many of whom are veterans, have the professional expertise necessary to assist veterans in their transition to gainful employment. Our services include job readiness assessments, employment preparation services and personal introductions to employers. Operation: Job Ready Veterans™ specializes in serving veterans with disabilities.

OJRV connects employers with veteran candidates that have the skills needed to succeed in a highly competitive marketplace. OJRV's long term goal is to ensure that every Hoosier veteran that wants a job, gets a job.
